About the Off Site Construction Strategic Reference Group (SRG)

These industries are represented by the Off Site Construction SRG:

• Architectural aluminium joinery
• Concrete production
• Frame and truss manufacture
• Pre-cast and product manufacture
• Offsite manufacturing
• Steel framing
• Timber joinery.

Set up in February 2023, the SRG is a collaboration between Waihanga Ara Rau and Hanga-Aro-Rau, the Manufacturing, Engineering and Logistics Workforce Development Council.  The industries cross over between manufacturing and construction disciplines and require close collaboration between the two Workforce Development Councils.

Members in the Off Site Construction SRG include experienced people representing employers, industry associations, Hanga-Aro-Rau and Waihanga Ara Rau.
