About the Construction & Infrastructure Services Strategic Reference Group (SRG)

The Access Trades SRG represents several prominent industries in New Zealand, including:

  • Cranes
  • Scaffolding
  • Rigging
  • Industrial Rope Access
  • Lifting Equipment
  • Exterior Cleaning

The Access Trades SRG areas of focus include:

  • Enhancing Training and Qualifications standards to meet workforce needs while maximizing accessibility.
  • Empower the sector with essential data and relationships to enable proactive responses to changes in the economic environment. ​
  • Develop robust strategies that promote the attraction and retention of a diverse workforce.
  • Champion regulatory reform and policy support that align with sector priorities.
